Our pergolas are extruded, cut, and assembled to your exact specifications. Every unit undergoes rigorous quality control in strict adherence to Swiss standards: precision tolerance checks, Somfy motor testing, and Qualicoat Seaside coating inspection.
Packaging
Each pergola module is securely crated in a heat-treated wooden pallet box, specifically engineered to protect precision profiles and motorized components during transit.
Securing
Louvers, blinds, and electronic components are securely cushioned with high-density foam to absorb shocks and vibrations during transit. Each crate is clearly labeled with its assembly diagram, final destination, and serial number to ensure precise tracking and seamless installation.
Maritime Freight to Jebel Ali
Pallets are securely loaded into 20-foot or 40-foot shipping containers and rigorously braced to prevent any shifting during transit from French ports to Jebel Ali Port in Dubai.
Customs Clearance
Thanks to our logistics partner, Schneider, in the Emirates, customs formalities are streamlined for expedited cargo release. Upon arrival, every shipment undergoes a thorough visual inspection to ensure no damage occurred during transit.
